Dr.Marjorie Darrah holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics. She has led the evaluation of several technology integration projects as well as the evaluation of an after school project. She has 16 years of experience in higher education and 12 years of experience working with middle school summer programs. For five years she conducted research and educational outreach at a research institute, where she was the PI on three NSF awards. She is currently serving as an evaluator and researcher on several state and national grants dealing with professional development for STEM teachers.

Dr. RoxannHumbert holds an Ed.D. in Educational Psychology specializing in Quantitative Methods and is a member of the American Evaluation Association. As a graduate student, Dr. Humbert worked in the Office of Applied Research Evaluation and Planning in the West Virginia University Extension Service where she provided support for the University Extension large scale impact studies. She is currently serving as an evaluator on several state and nationally funded grants that focus on the development of STEM curricular materials.
